Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) seeks a Senior SAP S/4HANA Application Manager to own end-to-end operations for SAP S/4HANA in a regulated banking environment. You will coordinate with business, IT delivery, SAP Basis, external partners, and auditors to ensure stable operations and secure delivery.

You will lead run and change activities, handle release upgrades, incident management, and security topics while continuously improving documentation and monitoring across Finance & IT teams.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA application management experience.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (FI/CO).
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and auditors.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end run and change management for SAP S/4HANA services.
• Coordinate with SAP Infrastructure Team and external vendors.
• Communicate incidents and planned changes transparently.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement sustainable fixes.
• Plan SAP S/4HANA release upgrades, support packages, and transports.
