Job Description:
Your daily tasks will include:
- Leading the entire sales process, starting from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals
- Collaborating with colleagues from different functions to drive the sales process
- Acting as the primary contact and orchestrator for various service lines such as Development, Design, and Marketing during the sales process
- Acquiring an in-depth understanding of customers' business, workflows, and challenges
- Tracking the market, building a network, and actively prospecting to identify business opportunities
- Co-creating and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans, with the support of sales leadership and marketing
Qualifications for success:
- At least 5 years of enterprise experience in solution or consultative sales
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a strong track record of success
- Experience as a top performer in a team-selling environment for mid and large organizations
- Experience in IT / Digital industry, with a specific focus on eCommerce
- Experience with complex pursuit processes, proposal development, and presentations that win new business
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
- Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills in English
- German language skills are a plus
