Job Description:

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Leading the entire sales process, starting from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals
  • Collaborating with colleagues from different functions to drive the sales process
  • Acting as the primary contact and orchestrator for various service lines such as Development, Design, and Marketing during the sales process
  • Acquiring an in-depth understanding of customers' business, workflows, and challenges
  • Tracking the market, building a network, and actively prospecting to identify business opportunities
  • Co-creating and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans, with the support of sales leadership and marketing
Qualifications for success:
  • At least 5 years of enterprise experience in solution or consultative sales
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a strong track record of success
  • Experience as a top performer in a team-selling environment for mid and large organizations
  • Experience in IT / Digital industry, with a specific focus on eCommerce
  • Experience with complex pursuit processes, proposal development, and presentations that win new business
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills in English
  • German language skills are a plus
