HR Group is actively seeking an experienced RF/Systems validation specialist to strengthen our team in Austria. You will plan, execute, and refine complex validation activities for UWB and RF technologies across product generations.

The role requires extensive hands-on measurement work, development of automated test solutions, and collaboration with international teams. A technical degree and strong Python/C skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
• Several years of RF validation, system validation or wireless comms experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C.
• Extensive experience with NI TestStand and ideally LabVIEW.
• Solid knowledge of SoC validation.
• Several years of experience with UWB technologies and RF validation.
• Strong expertise in RF measurement techniques.
• Experience with Rohde & Schwarz spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Planning, design and execution of complex system validation activities in the field of UWB and RF technologies
• Definition and continuous improvement of validation strategies, test concepts and test plans
• Technical responsibility for the validation of new product generations
• Execution of complex RF measurements and cross-system analyses
• Development and optimization of automated test and measurement systems
• Analysis of complex issues across hardware, software and system levels
• Selection and optimization of measurement methods, test systems and validation processes
• Close collaboration with international development, test and product teams
• Providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer within the team
