• Own end-to-end PL1 resource planning across Assembly to Test operations.
• Manage PL1 VRFC, TCR, LTCR, and Min/Max planning.
• Drive weekly short-term capacity planning to meet delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Quality Management and Industrial Engineering.
• Apply analytical skills to resolve capacity optimization challenges.
