Job summary

Confideck GmbH in Vienna seeks a Senior Regulatory Affairs Expert & Industry Representative to be the regulatory domain expert, trusted advisor, trainer, and external representative.

You will work with medical device and IVD manufacturers to support onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing platform use, and you will represent Confideck at webinars, conferences, and partner events. Native German and strong English are required. Remote work within the DACH region is offered.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, or Technical Documentation for medical devices or IVDs.
• Experience creating, maintaining, reviewing, or remediating technical documentation.
• Confident leading customer discussions, workshops, trainings, and webinars.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex regulatory requirements clearly and practically.
• Customer-oriented mindset with an interest in software, automation, and controlled AI.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on regulatory automation and technical documentation.
• Onboard, train, and enable customers to use Confideck independently.
• Represent Confideck in webinars, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Technical Documentation teams.
• Collect customer feedback to influence product development.
• Translate customer needs into clear use cases and requirements.
• Support sales and customer success in regulatory discussions.
