Senior Recruiter – Labour Hire & Construction — Osborne Park, WA

KMG is one of Perth’s fastest-growing privately owned labour hire and construction services companies. We supply skilled labour across civil, mining, commercial and infrastructure projects, backed by strong client relationships and a reputation for never letting our clients down.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, building strong candidate pipelines, and driving client engagement across key projects.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to manage the full 360° recruitment process, including:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across trades, labour hire, and professional roles.
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Working closely with the operations team to understand project requirements.
  • Driving business development and growing accounts.
  • Maintaining compliance with Fair Work, Award rates, and site requirements.

  • Proven experience in recruitment (labour hire, construction, or trades is highly regarded).
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance, safety, and site mobilisation requirements.
