Job Description:

• Support customers in improving QA processes through consulting on test approaches, methods, planning, and resource allocation.
• Create test concepts, estimate efforts, track plans, ensure progress, and evaluate results.
• Lead QA teams both on-site and remotely at distributed locations.
• Design and deliver trainings on QA topics.
• Assist in presales activities with QA expertise, building customer relationships and scaling business lines.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of consulting experience in end-to-end test management, quality assurance processes, test planning, KPIs, and risk management.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as UFT, Selenium, Protractor, Appium, TestComplete, Katalon Studio, Coded UI, Zephyr, Specflow, Cucumber, Rest Assured.
• Knowledge of test planning, automation analysis, monitoring, and control.
• Proficiency with tools like Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, Jenkins, Gitlab CI.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Flexible, adaptable, responsible, eager to learn.
• Business fluent in German and English.
