Qualysoft seeks an experienced Python Developer for Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) projects in Vienna. You will develop scalable backend services, implement RAG pipelines, and integrate LLMs into data, cloud and IT landscapes.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5+ years of professional experience in software development with Python.
• Very good knowledge of Python and modern Python software-development practices.
• Proven experience in APIs, backend services and data-processing applications.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI and RAG architectures.

Aufgaben

• Develop scalable Python applications and backend services.
• Design and optimize complete RAG pipelines.
• Implement document ingestion and data-processing workflows.
• Develop parsing, preprocessing, chunking, and metadata strategies.
• Manage embeddings and vector search solutions.
