About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a growing Brisbane department. You’ll oversee a capped portfolio of 160–175 properties, with leasing and routine inspections supported, allowing you to focus on what matters most: building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.

This portfolio thrives on trust and face-to-face connections, perfect for a people-first PM who excels in relationships. The department is on an exciting growth path and a Team Leader position will be considered within 12 months.

What You’ll Do

Manage your portfolio alongside a collaborative team of three (trust accounting handled separately)

Earn more with a structured commission plan: own your portfolio like your own business and be rewarded for meeting KPIs

Contribute to a family-oriented, supportive culture

Grow with regular 1:1s and mentorship from leadership

About You

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager

Strong communicator and relationship-driven professional

Proactive, organised, and thrives in a team environment

Some flexibility with working hours

Work from home: 2 days WFH after 8 weeks; the potential for 3 days after probation (with KPIs met)
