Are you an experienced property manager ready to take ownership of a boutique, high-quality portfolio? We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our property management business, overseeing a small but dedicated team and a portfolio of 30–40 commercial properties.

The Role

As Senior Property Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day management of our commercial portfolio (30–40 assets).
• Manage and mentor a small team of property managers and a trust accountant.
• Oversee lease administration, tenant relationships, and maintenance coordination.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for owners, delivering exceptional service and strategic advice.
