We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex product development projects, coordinate activities from project kick-off to handover, and ensure alignment with ALPLA's interests and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex product development projects, from initiation to close-out, including design, pilot, development, and production handover.
• Apply advanced project management methods.
• Develop project plans managing objectives, scope, schedule, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate activities between customer, supplier, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform project controlling and reporting.
• Secure production approval and project closure.
• Communicate at the executive level and serve as the SPOC for the Steering Committee.
• Align product specifications with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and risks across the process chain.
• Specify product design, mould, and sampling requirements.
• Review samplings and mould qualifications.
