This senior, client-facing Project Lead Practitioner role targets technology-driven value creation for private equity investors and technology businesses. You will lead complex engagements spanning technology strategy, due diligence, transformation, cybersecurity, AI, and operational execution.

You will translate findings into actionable recommendations, work with boards and management teams, mentor colleagues, and help grow the practice in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant technology consulting experience.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in at least one area: product/engineering, software architecture and cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, software delivery, or operating models.
• Experience within a business domain such as insurance, capital markets, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain.
• Ability to move between technical details and business-level discussions, identifying issues affecting clients and investment cases.
• Experience with private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development, or high-growth technology businesses preferred.
• Excellent structured thinking, written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Collaborative, action-oriented approach with curiosity to expand beyond initial expertise.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial awareness, and enthusiasm for building client relationships.

Aufgaben

• Independently lead complex client engagements from initial scoping through high-quality delivery, balancing project management, team leadership, client service, and commercial considerations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior investors, boards, and management teams by applying sound judgment and clear communication.
• Lead technical due diligence and technology-focused engagements, identifying material risks, opportunities, and priorities for post-deal value creation.
• Assess technology strategy, product/engineering capabilities, architecture, cloud platforms, delivery performance, data/AI, cybersecurity, scalability, and operating models.
• Translate technical findings into commercial implications related to growth, margins, investment risk, and value creation.
• Produce concise reports, executive presentations, and workshops linking analysis to client decisions.
• Develop a recognised functional specialism while leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Support commercial diligence and value-creation initiatives where technology plays a central role.
• Strengthen client relationships, support repeat business, and mentor colleagues as the practice grows.
