FIFO project - 2/1 FIFO roster.

Structure/ FRP project - FIFO to Townsville

Remuneration - Base Salary + Super + Uplift + Vehicle + KPI Bonus

About the role

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Senior Project Engineer is responsible for:

• Working across multiple minor projects
• Ensuring that the project works are completed safely and in compliance with Silverstrand and our client’s procedures, engineering drawings/specifications, budgets and timeframes
• Overseeing projects under the guidance of the Project Manager
• Prepare, monitor and update plans and work to weekly and monthly programs
• Provide engineering and technical advice to the project team
• Assist with procurement of key subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring quality requirements are being met
• Programming and planning of the works
• Preparing monthly financial reports including cost to complete forecasts

Essential Skills and Experience

• Civil Engineering Degree or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in an engineering capacity on civil infrastructure projects
• Ability to read and understand civil, structural and services drawings
