About the Opportunity

As a Senior Product Specialist, Mine Control, you’ll act as a subject matter expert on Micromine Pitram, providing advanced technical support, solution design, and training for clients operating in complex mining environments. You’ll bridge the gap between clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployment, integration, and optimal performance of Pitram.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the senior escalation point for technical support issues.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex SQL, database, and integration challenges.
• Assisting with new client implementations, including deployment, configuration, and optimisation of Pitram.
• Delivering advanced training to clients and mentoring internal staff.
• Supporting sales with technical expertise during proposals, workshops, and demonstrations.
• Contributing to client engagement, upgrades, and long-term system optimisation.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong communication skills. You will have:

• A qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experienced in mining technology, fleet management, or operational mining systems.
• Proven skills in SQL database administration and supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience with system integration, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with real-time data systems, telemetry, and industrial communication protocols.
• Exposure to mining software or fleet management systems (e.g., Pitram, Modular, Hexagon, Deswik).
