Your territory

As part of our Product team, you will:

• Own and execute partnership strategies, aligning them with our company vision and growth objectives
• Drive and oversee technical integrations with partners, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, insurance companies, and other key industry players to extend the value of our product offering
• Analyze and optimize partnership performance, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, engagement, and revenue
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to develop and launch successful partner initiatives
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities, particularly in the pet-tech, insurance, and digital services sectors
• Act as the internal advocate for partners, ensuring their needs align with company objectives and deliver long-term value
• Continuously innovate by introducing fresh ideas and strategies to strengthen our partnerships and product offerings

Your profile

Key requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in launching and managing successful collaborations and product integrations
• Technical background and hands-on experience working with engineering teams on software development and API integrations
• Experience in managing partnerships with brands, insurance companies, or digital service providers
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to assess performance, optimize processes, and make data-informed decisions
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships
• Fluent in English
