Overview

Senior Product Manager (m/f/x) , Cloud & Infrastructure at Dynatrace. Join to apply for the Senior Product Manager (m/f/x) , Cloud & Infrastructure role at Dynatrace.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Dynatrace group that builds the ecosystem to deliver and operate Dynatrace on the 3 major hyperscalers, you will manage certain aspects of the delivery chain to automate, integrate, and operate our product on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proactively manage the needs and expectations of all Dynatracers using this ecosystem.
• Work closely with the Dynatrace Site Reliability Engineering team, a major adopter/user.
• Answer the WHY and understand users’ pain points to define end-to-end use cases that enable Dynatrace to deliver and operate its products on hyperscalers.
• Drive the definition of the product roadmap and the near-term and long-term product strategy as part of a larger team.
• Collaborate with the agile R&D team to deliver product capabilities that WOW customers and create value that impacts product operation and adoption measurably.
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop targeted messaging for the value created for customers.
• Work with the Dynatrace Tech Alliance team, managing partnerships with AWS, Azure, and Google, and act as an interface between R&D teams and the teams in AWS, Azure, and GCP.

What Will Help You Succeed

• 5+ years’ experience deploying and orchestrating high-performance, highly available critical SaaS products.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner in an agile environment focused on enterprise software.
• Experience working as a software architect or developer in an agile environment.
• A proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams in a software product company.
• Understanding of user journeys, personas, use case development, and market, business, and competitive analysis.
• Ability to leverage market and business insights to develop differentiated features for Dynatrace Managed that align with Dynatrace’s goals and strategy.
• Experience with security and compliance requirements for SaaS products (plus point).
