The Core Platform is the heart of Dynatrace, serving multiple product purposes like storing and analyzing observability data. Frameworks used to build Dynatrace applications include the Application Development area, responsible for tools like Strato Design System, Dynatrace App Toolkit, SDK for TypeScript, and VS Code Extension.

You’ll be responsible for:

• In Application Development, taking responsibility for Data Visualization within our Strato Design System.
• Driving new innovative core product capabilities with hyperscale and high-performance in mind.
• Owning the functional and use case-based aspects of the product roadmap, representing the end user’s perspective, and seeking innovative solutions by understanding the WHY and the end user’s pain points.
• Contributing to defining the product roadmap and shaping our near-term and long-term product strategy.
• Collaborating with agile R&D teams to deliver product features that delight customers and create measurable value and impact.
• Managing cross-functional initiatives with customer support to enhance customer satisfaction, prevent escalations, and ensure smooth operations.
• Partnering with product marketing to develop targeted messaging, define go-to-market strategies, and enable the sales team.

What will help you succeed

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in setting and executing product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
• Good technical understanding, with prior experience as a web developer being advantageous.
• Extensive experience in creating data visualizations, including charts, dashboards, and information representation to communicate complex insights effectively.
• Knowledge of user experience principles that help create applications our customers will love.
• A passion for design and aesthetics to build not just features but engaging experiences.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with lead architects and engineers.
• Stakeholder management skills to drive product success.
• An entrepreneurial mindset to understand business goals and translate strategy into business impact.
• The ability to think big while breaking down projects into manageable components and building high-level roadmaps.
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, excellent communication skills, and a bias for action.
• Willingness to travel (< 15%).

Compensation and Rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options, along with numerous benefits and advantages.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €70,000 per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
