Kinnovis GmbH is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Kinnovis Platform and Kinnovis Access. You will guide discovery, prioritisation, and delivery across platform and access products, collaborating with two Technical Product Owners and the Product Operations Manager.

The role focuses on turning insights into validated problems, shaping roadmaps with cross-functional teams, and driving API-first integration in a distributed European engineering setup.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong discovery skills: you have run customer interviews, synthesised input and turned it into decisions.
• Sharp written communication; your PRDs and specs need little clarification.
• Sound prioritisation judgement balancing economic and user perspectives.
• Experience shaping product strategy and turning it into a clear roadmap.
• Confident in communicating roadmap with operators to leadership.
• Ability to organise a roadmap around international customers with different regional needs.
• Comfort with API-driven products.
• Technical fluency to negotiate trade-offs with engineers.
• Familiarity with product analytics and feature usage tracking.
• Excellent communication in English, written and spoken.
• Self-organised, pragmatic, hands-on working style.
• Willingness to be onsite in the Vienna area 1-2 times per week.

Aufgaben

• Product discovery: run interviews with operators and customers to identify needs.
• Prioritisation and roadmap: collaborate with Technical Product Owners to shape backlog and roadmap.
• Requirements and delivery: write PRDs with context, hypotheses and success criteria.
• Cross-functional work: coordinate with sales, marketing and customer success.
• Post-release: measure adoption and learnings to inform next iterations.
• API-first integration: work across distributed engineering teams to enable integrations.
