Körber is seeking a Product Portfolio Manager to drive strategy, evolution, and lifecycle management of its intralogistics software portfolio, focusing on K.oneX and LogX4 with leverage across internal development and partnerships.

You will collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Service to translate market trends and customer needs into a clear product vision and roadmap, ensuring scalable, upgradeable software aligned with the company portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Development, or similar in a technical environment.
• Strong expertise in intralogistics software including WMS/WCS/WES and warehouse automation technologies.
• Experience building product roadmaps, defining business cases, pricing models, and lifecycle strategies.
• Ability to translate customer and market requirements into successful software products.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for intralogistics software portfolio.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and identify emerging technology trends.
• Develop business cases and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market success.
• Translate market and customer requirements into clear functional priorities for R&D.
• Define the product vision for Warehouse Management, Warehouse Control, Warehouse Execution, Fleet Management, MAO, and Sortation software solutions.
• Prioritize development initiatives based on customer value and strategic objectives.
• Drive portfolio lifecycle management including enhancements, upgrades, and end-of-life planning.
• Ensure software solutions are scalable, modular, and aligned with Körber's portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, and Innovation teams.
• Support innovation initiatives by validating concepts with customers.
