As we continue our rapid growth across Australia and international markets, we are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Procurement Lead to drive sourcing excellence and long-term supplier partnerships that support our brand’s growth and purpose.

This is a senior role with direct influence over raw material and packaging sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier performance, and procurement risk management.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Procurement Strategy & Operations:
2. Develop and implement long-term procurement strategies aligned with operational and financial goals.
3. Lead cost-saving and value-creation initiatives across categories without compromising quality.
4. Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, risks, and emerging opportunities.
5. Negotiate supplier contracts and agreements, securing favourable commercial terms.
6. Lead strategic supplier meetings and Joint Business Plans (JBP).
7. Manage supplier and contract manufacturer performance through scorecards and KPIs.

1. Risk, Quality & Compliance:
2. Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory requirements (TGA, FDA, GMP, etc.).
3. Approve and audit raw material and packaging vendors.
4. Proactively identify procurement risks and collaborate across teams to implement mitigation strategies.

1. Contract & SLA Management:
2. Define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring accountability and follow-through.
3. Track vendor quality performance, manage complaints, and lead root cause investigations.
4. Oversee contract renewals, amendments, and dispute resolution processes.

1. Cost & Spend Optimisation:
2. Track and analyse procurement spend to identify inefficiencies and budget risks.
3. Collaborate with the Procurement Officer to optimise COGS while maintaining supply continuity.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
2. Work closely with Product, Finance, Manufacturing, and NPD teams to align sourcing decisions with business needs.
3. Leverage CRM tools to enhance engagement, communication, and relationship tracking with suppliers.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years’ procurement experience within health supplements, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and regulatory compliance (TGA, FDA, GMP).
• Strong data analytics skills and experience in procurement KPI tracking and dashboarding.
• ERP (NetSuite) and CRM tool proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
