Zusammenfassung

TNT Personal is seeking a Senior Expert Procurement Processes & Systems to lead the global design, standardization, and digitalization of procurement operations from Vienna. You will own end-to-end processes, drive governance, and partner with IT to roll out SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and related tools across international sites.

The role requires a university degree and several years of hands-on procurement process transformation experience, with English fluency and German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a relevant field (business, IS, engineering or supply chain).
• Several years of hands-on experience in procurement process management and digital transformation projects.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba; GxP compliance beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Own and optimize global end-to-end procurement processes and governance frameworks.
• Act as functional owner for procurement systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba).
• Translate global stakeholder requirements into clear functional specifications for IT teams.
• Bridge between global Procurement, Category Management, Finance and IT.
• Lead cross-functional procurement tech initiatives across international sites.
• Define procurement KPIs and drive data transparency.
• Develop global training concepts for Key Users across production sites.
