isolutions AG is looking for a seasoned Power Platform Solution Architect to advise customers, guide adoption and transformation, and take ownership from the first workshop through to go-live.

You design and implement Power Platform solutions with a focus on Dynamics 365, identify automation and AI opportunities, and collaborate with project managers, architects and engineers to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Lead Consultant in Power Platform/CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or comparable platforms.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, integrations, data models, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to customers.

• You advise our customers on the digitalization of their business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform and help them develop sustainable solution strategies.
• You analyze business and technical requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate customer needs into modern solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
• You lead the design and implementation of Power Platform solutions, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365, guiding customers from initial concept through implementation to a successful go-live.
• You identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation, and AI early on, developing pragmatic solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• You collaborate closely with customers, project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure solutions excel from both a business and technical perspective.
• You actively bring new ideas, trends, and innovations from the Microsoft ecosystem into the team and continuously expand your expertise.

We would like you to:

• Several years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Lead Consultant within the Power Platform, CRM, or Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or comparable business application platforms.
• A passion for modern technologies and innovation in the Microsoft space.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, integrations, data models, and cloud technologies.
• The ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable way while serving as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, combined with confidence in working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and a strong desire to create lasting value for customers.
• An IT background and ideally a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  Fluent German and very good English skills.
• Based in Zurich, Bern, or Basel, with flexible working models available.
