Scientific Games in Vienna seeks a Senior PMO Analyst to partner with the PMO Lead in delivering governance, financial control, reporting and programme coordination across complex lottery software projects.

The role requires 5+ years in PMO, fluent German and English, and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and PM tools. Hybrid work arrangement with regional and global teams is available.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in PMO, project coordination or delivery support roles.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience supporting complex technology or software programmes.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tool proficiency.
• Experience with PM systems (Clarity, Planview, Jira or MS Project).
• Certifications such as CAPM or PRINCE2 are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own production of weekly and monthly programme status reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Validate and reconcile updates from project managers and workstream leads before circulation.
• Prepare steering committee materials.
• Manage programme schedules, milestones and cross-project dependencies.
• Maintain RAID logs and action tracking across governance forums.
• Oversee budget tracking, cost reporting and invoicing across regions and currencies.
• Lead risk and issue registers and risk workshops.
• Ensure governance documentation meets stage-gate standards and audits.
