Jobgether in Switzerland seeks a Sr Platform Security Engineer to design zero-trust security across a high-performance GPU cloud platform. You will implement identity-aware access controls, secure Kubernetes, and automate threat detection in multi-tenant infrastructure.

The role blends hands-on engineering with security architecture, focusing on automation, incident response, and AI-assisted security workflows, with remote collaboration across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in cloud security or closely related discipline.
• Strong understanding of cloud security architecture and practical experience securing Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Experience designing security models for multi-tenant infrastructure and embedding security controls into platform architecture and deployment practices.
• Hands-on experience with IAM, authentication and authorization systems, PKI, key management, certificates, and secure identity infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of datacenter and distributed-network security, including segmentation, tenant isolation, encrypted transport, and zero-trust networking principles.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, security telemetry, vulnerability management, incident investigation, and security operations.
• Strong ability to develop security automation and operational tooling, ideally using Python and/or Go.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement zero-trust security architecture across infrastructure and orchestration systems.
• Build and operate authentication and authorization capabilities for multi-tenant environments (IAM, PKI, key management, federation).
• Secure Kubernetes clusters, container runtimes, virtualization layers, storage, and networking fabrics.
• Design network security controls for segmentation, tenant isolation, encrypted transport, and zero-trust networking.
• Develop automation to improve vulnerability triage, remediation, detection, and incident response.
• Support security monitoring and incident response by analyzing alerts and coordinating with security teams.
• Establish patch and vulnerability management strategies with automated validation and deployment.
• Build telemetry pipelines and improve SIEM signal quality; integrate with observability systems.
• Develop AI-assisted security workflows to summarize alerts and assist investigations.
• Contribute to governance, compliance, and security metrics for platform security.
