Catalyst Metals owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The Company produces 110koz of gold annually from two operations – the Plutonic Gold Mine in WA and the Henty Gold Mine in Australia. It also holds the Four Eagles Gold Project in Bendigo. Qualifications

Reporting to the Process Manager, the Senior Metallurgist is responsible for monitoring and reporting plant metallurgical performance, providing technical support to the production team and overseeing the operation of the site laboratory.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy, chemical engineering or Minerals Processing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the gold industry,
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Office (Extensive Excel skills is an absolute requirement), Pronto.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Experience managing personnel
• Awareness of the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations
• Statutory supervisor certificate or ability to obtain before the grace period expires.
