A leading engineering consultancy seeks a Senior People & Culture Consultant/Business Partner to support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. This part-time role offers flexible working arrangements and requires extensive experience in P&C processes. Broad P&C generalist role supporting managers and employees across Victoria and Queensland across the full employee lifecycle. Some international involvement with our smaller offices in Singapore and Abu Dhabi. Varied and hands-on position, covering employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and P&C processes. Casual role - up to 30 hours per week expected workload up to 6 months work.

Reporting into the Head of People & Culture (based in Melbourne), this is a true P&C generalist position where you will be the go to person for leaders and employees across our Victorian and Queensland business. You’ll also provide light touch support to our smaller offices in Singapore and Abu Dhabi, offering you valuable international exposure.
While this role is the primary P&C support for these regions, you will be part of a collaborative national P&C team based across Australia. You’ll have peers to connect with, share knowledge, and work alongside on broader initiatives so you’ll enjoy both autonomy in your remit and the backing of an experienced and supportive team.
Day to day, you will act as a trusted advisor on the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, performance management, policy and compliance, health and safety, recruitment, and culture and engagement. You will also take ownership of cyclical people processes within your regions including performance reviews and remuneration cycles ensuring they run smoothly.
