About the role

You’ll also provide light touch support to our smaller offices in Singapore and Abu Dhabi, offering you valuable international exposure.

While this role is the primary P&C support for these regions, you will be part of a collaborative national P&C team based across Australia. You’ll have peers to connect with, share knowledge, and work alongside on broader initiatives so you’ll enjoy both autonomy in your remit and the backing of an experienced and supportive team.

Day to day, you will act as a trusted advisor on the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, performance management, policy and compliance, health and safety, recruitment, and culture and engagement. You will also take ownership of cyclical people processes within your regions including performance reviews and remuneration cycles ensuring they run smoothly.

With the business in a stage of transformation, this is an exciting time to join. You will build solid experience in supporting leaders and employees through change, with plenty of scope to get involved in projects that strengthen our people strategy, whether that’s refining processes, improving the employee experience, or helping navigate day to day people matters.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 7 - 10 years (or equivalent) experience in a similar P&C role, ideally within professional services.
