The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent, 5+ years in manufacturing/industrial operations, 3+ years in electronics/advanced manufacturing, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a high-precision electronics, advanced manufacturing, or comparable environment.
• Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English.

• Lead day-to-day operations within a complex high-technology manufacturing environment.
• Monitor production KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
• Coordinate production, technical, maintenance, and support teams to ensure operational continuity.
• Manage production capacity, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coach team leaders and support the development of operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and internal operating standards.
• Lead structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis for significant operational issues.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement efficiency and process improvements.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure appropriate follow-up of corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional continuous-improvement and operational-development projects.
