Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in C#.NET development.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET 9/10, and Blazor.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and clean architecture principles.
• Experience designing and maintaining complex, business-critical systems.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
• Experience with REST API design.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure; AWS preferred.
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants daily.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business logic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English required.
• German is a plus.
• Experience with fintech, payments, or crypto/blockchain systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with security best practices and financial-software regulatory considerations is a plus.
• Based in Austria or Switzerland.
• Open to occasional travel between offices.
• Interest in working from the office once a week.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain C#.NET applications and services for brokerage and voucher card platforms.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements, including EU standards, into technical designs.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development while owning code quality, architecture, and edge-case handling.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and business-logic accuracy.
• Architect and maintain integrations with external partners, payment providers, and blockchain/crypto infrastructure.
• Identify and proactively address performance bottlenecks, security risks, and scalability issues.
• Mentor developers on technical best practices and responsible AI-tool usage.
• Collaborate with product owners and compliance stakeholders to meet EU regulatory standards.
• Write and maintain clean, documented, testable code.
• Champion engineering practices across the team.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
• Own architecture and business logic for critical platform components.
