Cryptonow in Vienna is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to own the architecture and business logic behind critical fintech platforms. You’ll shape C#.NET systems powering the brokerage and voucher services, using AI tools as accelerators while ensuring regulatory and financial robustness.

You will design, review, and maintain complex integrations with partners, payment providers, and crypto infra, mentoring others and collaborating with product and compliance to meet EU standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience in C#.NET development with ASP.NET Core, .NET 9/10 and Blazor.
• Proven track record designing and maintaining complex, business-critical systems.
• Strong databases knowledge (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), RESTful APIs, and cloud infra (AWS).
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants daily with good judgment and override when needed.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus; based in Austria or Switzerland with travel flexibility.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain C#.NET applications and services for our brokerage and voucher systems.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements (MiCAR, financial flows) into technical designs.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development while ensuring quality and correct business logic.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Architect and maintain integrations with partners, payment providers, and crypto infrastructure.
• Identify performance, security, and scalability issues and propose proactive solutions.
• Mentor developers on technical best practices and responsible AI tooling usage.
• Collaborate with product owners and compliance to meet EU regulatory standards.
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code and participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
