Jobtailor is seeking an experienced C#.NET developer to design, build, and maintain core brokerage and voucher-card platforms in a hybrid office setup in Austria. You will translate MiCAR and financial flows into robust technical designs, mentor teams, and drive code quality while leveraging AI tools.

We value seniority to oversee architecture, security, and external integrations, with English fluency and willingness to travel occasionally. Based in Austria or nearby, with weekly office presence.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional C#.NET development experience.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET 9/10, and Blazor.
• Strong grasp of OOP and clean architecture principles.
• Experience designing and maintaining complex business systems.
• Knowledge of SQL Server or PostgreSQL and REST API design.
• AWS cloud infrastructure experience preferred.
• Comfort with AI coding assistants and senior evaluation of AI results.
• Excellent communication skills; English fluent, German a plus.
• Based in Austria or Switzerland; willingness to travel occasionally.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain C#.NET applications and services for brokerage and voucher card platforms.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements, including MiCAR, into technical designs.
• Leverage AI coding tools while owning code quality and architecture decisions.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and business logic.
• Architect and maintain integrations with external partners and payment providers.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, security risks, and scalability issues.
• Mentor developers on best practices and responsible AI-tool use.
• Collaborate with product owners and compliance for EU regulatory standards.
• Write clean, documented, testable code and promote engineering standards.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
• Own architecture and business logic for critical platform components.
