EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Murex Support Engineer to provide hands-on L2/L3 production support for risk modules in a complex trading environment. You will ensure timely execution of critical risk processes and maintain platform stability under SLAs.

Responsibilities include diagnosing incidents, implementing changes, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors. On-call and shift rotation are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience supporting ETRM platforms (Murex MX.3 or similar) focusing on risk functionality.
• Strong knowledge of market risk measures, sensitivities and reporting.
• Solid SQL troubleshooting and reconciliation skills.
• Familiarity with ETRM batch architecture and market data workflows.
• Experience with Unix/Linux systems and batch job monitoring; basic scripting (Shell, Python).
• Understanding of ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Fluent English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
• Willingness to work in shift rotation and on-call support model.

This is an operationally demanding role requiring strong technical expertise, business awareness and on‑call availability.
