Overview

We're seeking an enthusiastic Senior Mobilisation Coordinator to join our dynamic team in our office located in Rivervale, WA. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth mobilisation of employees to our sites. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor Mobilisation Officers throughout the mobilisation process for various sites and clients
  • Coordinate shutdown, project and site-specific mobilisation processes
  • Process flight and accommodation requests and confirmations
  • Assist with pre-mobilisation requirements such as PPE, flights, drug and alcohol testing, vehicles and accommodation
  • Update employee/shutdown/project information using Breight’s databases
  • Must be available to attend regional shutdowns / projects to provide site admin support as required
About You
  • Previous experience within a high-volume mobilisation team
  • Previous on-site experience will also be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in a supervision / mentoring role
  • Experience with mobilisation software (e.g. Enable, CMS) desirable
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Team player and the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
