Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in developing complex mechanical or mechatronic systems.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, system interactions and physical principles.
• Experience with simulation-driven development or analytical design approaches is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Develop innovative concepts for next-generation semiconductor equipment and advanced packaging platforms.
• Translate challenging system requirements into robust mechanical and mechatronic solutions.
• Design and develop ultra-precision motion systems, advanced mechatronic assemblies, and vibration-critical mechanisms.
• Apply engineering calculations, simulation methods and analytical approaches to technical decisions.
• Collaborate with System Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Vision, Motion Control and Software.
• Drive development activities from concept generation through prototyping and series implementation.
• Evaluate new technologies, materials and manufacturing approaches to improve product performance.
• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices within the organization.
• Support and mentor engineers within the department through strong technical competence.
