Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics or related technical discipline.
• Several years of experience in development of complex mechanical or mechatronic systems.
• Experience with simulation-driven development and engineering calculation methods.
• Fluent English; German language proficiency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop innovative concepts for next-generation semiconductor equipment and advanced packaging platforms.
• Translate challenging system requirements into robust mechanical and mechatronic solutions.
• Design and develop ultra-precision motion systems and vibration-critical mechanisms.
• Apply calculations, simulations and analytics to support decisions.
• Collaborate with System Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Vision, Motion Control and Software teams.
• Drive development from concept to prototyping and series implementation.
• Evaluate new technologies and manufacturing approaches to improve performance.
• Contribute to engineering standards and mentor colleagues.
• Support and mentor engineers with systems-oriented thinking.
