Zusammenfassung

Sonova Group, in its R&D group, develops hearing solutions and software for embedded audio signal processing. You will drive the design, implementation and maintenance of SW tools for embedded DSP, enabling model-based development and multi-processor systems.

The role requires a MSc/BSc in a technical field, 4+ years of embedded software experience, and proficiency in Python, Matlab/Simulink, C/C++, Docker and CI/CD. Fluent English is expected; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree (MSc/BSc) in computer science, electrical engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in development, deployment and maintenance of embedded software systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Matlab & Simulink.
• Knowledge of C/C++, Docker, CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins), Bash.

Aufgaben

• Design and evolve software development tools enabling model-based and embedded functional software development for signal- and neural-network processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements for software tool design and implementation.
• Actively support communication between tools developers and users.
• Drive software engineering best practices through design reviews, guidelines and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to architectural qualities supporting modularity, maintainability and extensibility.
