The Role

As a Senior Loss Adjuster / Claims Preparer, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of predominantly commercial claims along with domestic, strata and landlord claims from start to final settlement
  • Conduct on-site assessments, investigating cause and extent of damage
  • Provide clear, timely communication and advice to policyholders, brokers, and insurers
  • Prepare detailed, high-quality reports and recommendations
  • Work closely with contractors, service providers, and other experts to progress claims
  • Support catastrophe response when required (national and international travel may be required)

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Loss adjusting or related qualifications preferred (or progress towards)
  • Tertiary studies in law, accounting, or related discipline highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
