Join us as a Senior Kotlin / Java Software Developer (m/f/d) and experience the excitement at Riedel Communications.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain software for distributed video networks and video processing applications.
• Drive the software architecture of the system.
• Create and optimize automated tests at unit and integration levels.
• Perform code reviews and write documentation for software components and APIs.
• Identify and document technical requirements for new features, providing estimates for development tasks.
• Collaborate with R&D teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers through pair programming and technical advising.

THAT’S YOU

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, focusing on Kotlin or Java.
• Experience in backend software and UX/UI design.
• Web technologies experience (e.g., Angular/JS) is a plus.
• Independent, problem-solving, committed to high-quality software.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
