Jobbeschreibung

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. Due to unprecedented growth across our remote sector, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a number of operations throughout our central QLD portfolio.

The Position
  1. Maintaining consistent operational performance, driving quality, cost, people capability and performance
  2. Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance
  3. Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
  4. Staff engagement and development, modelling positive working relationships, demonstrating trust, care and respect
  5. Developing strategic client relationships, and identifying additional growth opportunities
  6. Supporting client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner, ensuring compliance and company policies are followed
The Person
  1. Experience in remote portfolio and village management positions
  2. Strong and decisive leadership skills with the ability to build effective and engaged teams
  3. Experience managing multiple client relationships and project deadlines with competing priorities
  4. Strong financial and analytical skills in managing budgets and allocating resources to ensure a sustainable and profitable business
  5. Ability to identify and implement new innovations within the hospitality industry
  6. Experience in staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and management of both permanent and casual workforces
  7. Proven management experience in the hospitality field, ideally within catering and accommodation services
