Job summary

innocent is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to grow our Away From Home business across Austria and Switzerland. You will build a strong new business pipeline, develop relationships with key customers, and lead negotiations to turn conversations into long-term partnerships.

Travel in market about 30% across both countries, with a starting salary of at least €80,000 (full-time). You will be supported by a pension scheme, private healthcare, a performance-related bonus, a 4-day week

Qualifications

• Experience in Key Account Management within FMCG in Austria and/or Switzerland.
• Strong new business mindset with a track record of opening doors and winning customers.
• Experience managing customer relationships and commercial negotiations.
• Analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
• Excellent relationship-building to develop long-term partnerships.
• Ability to build a pipeline from scratch and sustain momentum.
• German and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a new business pipeline from prospecting to launch.
• Develop relationships with key customers and partners.
• Lead customer negotiations and annual commercial discussions.
• Grow existing business in Austria and establish Away From Home in Switzerland.
• Use market data to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Logistics to execute ideas.
• Spend ~30% travel across Austria and Switzerland.
