Job Description:

• Performance is key to our success – explore different approaches to tune our product to optimal setup.
• As a member of the Cluster Performance Engineering Team, you will focus on performance analysis and improvements of the Dynatrace Platform, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to resolve them.
• You contribute to improving scalability and resilience of the platform.
• You ensure end-to-end performance test coverage.
• You work with Site Reliability Engineering colleagues on problem analysis in production and improve our automation framework for performance and load testing.

Qualifications:

• Studies related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar.
• Experience in Java backend development and Linux system engineering with a cloud-native mindset.
• Knowledge of technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Cassandra, Gatling, Jenkins is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of load testing, performance diagnosis, and Java profiling is an advantage.
• Passion for performance optimization.
