Ultimate Europe GmbH, based in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde, Lower Austria, seeks an IT Administrator to strengthen our international IT operations.

You will manage Windows Server, AD, VMware, backup systems, and security; administer business apps; lead IT projects; coordinate external service providers; and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement. Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable qualification.
• At least five years of relevant experience in IT system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Windows domains, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and VMware.
• Experience in network administration, IT security, backup solutions, server and storage systems.
• German and English language skills, written and spoken.

We are engaged in the development, sale and service of gangways, automatic door systems and interior fittings for rail vehicles and buses. We are looking for a new employee for our location in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde to strengthen and expand our international market activities.Your tasks:

• Second-level support and sustainable incident resolution
• Administration and continuous improvement of network, server, and storage infrastructure
• Administration and maintenance of backup and disaster recovery systems
• Ensuring IT security, system availability, and system currency through regular updates
• Administration and optimization of business applications
• Planning and implementation of IT projects
• Monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the existing IT infrastructure
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Participation in IT projects as well as technical and functional project leadership, including planning, coordination, implementation, documentation, and collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
• Coordination and management of external IT service providers

Your skills:

• Completed technical education in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable qualification
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in IT system administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Windows domains, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and VMware
• Experience in network administration, IT security, backup solutions, server and storage systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft SharePoint is an advantage
• Good written and spoken German and English language skills
