Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an IT project manager.
• Experience leading teams across multiple stages of the project delivery lifecycle.
• Experience and knowledge of Scrum or any other project management method.
• Knowledge of delivering complex software projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in developing RFP responses, project estimation, staffing and other pre-sales activities.
• Consulting attitude and ability to discuss in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver customer projects.
• Own project delivery including scope, budget, timeline, risks and quality.
• Define and improve project methodologies, governance models and best practices.
• Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and architectures with architects.
• Manage end-to-end implementation from planning to go-live.
• Ensure highest quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and deliver technology and innovation services creating business value.
• Support presales with project expertise and delivery concepts.
