• Independently manage and coordinate national and international IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and ensure transparent project communication
• Support the further development of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices

Qualifications

• Completed education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field (University of Applied Sciences, University degree, or HTL with relevant professional experience)
• Initial experience in managing complex IT projects, ideally within an international industrial environment
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and experience with both traditional and agile project management approaches
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with confidence in interacting with a wide range of stakeholders
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
