We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Investment Manager to join our professional, fun, and passionate team. You’ll manage a well-maintained residential portfolio with full admin support, enabling you to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, deliver excellent outcomes, and enjoy your work every day.
You’ll be supported by a full-time Virtual Assistant and a Business Development Manager/Leasing Consultant, ensuring you have the resources to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a clean residential portfolio with support from leasing/admin
- Deliver expert service and advice to landlords and tenants
- Handle all high-level day-to-day property management tasks
- Ensure full legislative compliance and property standards are maintained
- Supervise and mentor your team to ensure peak performance and high service standards
- Contribute to a positive team culture that works together, has fun, and celebrates success
What you’ll bring:
- Drivers license and own vehicle
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a dynamic environment
- Confidence to work autonomously while being a team player
- Customer-centric and solutions-focused mindset
- A passion for property, people, and professional growth
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of relevant tenancy legislation and tribunal procedures
- High level of organization and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with property management software systems (e.g., PropertyMe, IRE, Ignite, TICA)
