Qualifikationen

• Experience with internet-based B2B service products or platform-type products preferred.
• Experience with data/BI products is a strong plus.
• Excellent documentation skills and logical thinking ability.
• Strong sense of responsibility with outstanding communication and coordination skills.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; able to independently drive medium-to-large business initiatives.
• Excellent English proficiency — able to use English as a working language.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with the financial industry, including securities, derivatives, funds, bonds, and other financial products.
• Nice to have: Experience with quantitative trading products, blockchain/digital asset trading, or API product development.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development of the institutional client service platform. Define dashboard requirements and data needs for institutional and professional clients; deliver product solutions.
• Research and analyze potential needs of professional and institutional trading clients; identify feature highlights that enhance the service platform experience.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and QA to ensure product development stays on track and meets quality standards.
