Zusammenfassung

Bybit seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the institutional client service platform. You will identify dashboard requirements, translate business needs into data-driven solutions, and deliver product features for institutional and professional clients.

You will partner with business, engineering and QA teams to ensure on-time delivery, maintain high quality, and push growth in Bybit's institutional services. English proficiency required; financial industry familiarity is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with internet-based B2B service products or platform-type products preferred; additional experience with data/BI products is a strong plus.
• Excellent documentation skills and logical thinking ability.
• Strong sense of responsibility with outstanding communication and coordination skills.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; able to independently drive medium-to-large business initiatives.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with the financial industry, including securities, derivatives, funds, bonds, and other financial products.
• Nice to have: Experience with quantitative trading products, blockchain/digital asset trading, or API product development.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development of the institutional client service platform. Identify and define dashboard requirements, business needs, and data requirements for institutional and professional clients, and deliver product solutions.
• Research and analyze the potential needs of professional and institutional trading clients; identify feature highlights that can enhance the service platform experience.
• Work closely with business, engineering, and QA teams to ensure product development stays on track and meets quality standards.
