Qualifications

• Completed law degree is mandatory.
• Bar exam or 2nd state exam advantageous.
• Several years of experience in a legal environment, preferably international.

Responsibilities

• Advise on national and international legal issues, including contract law and GDPR.
• Draft and negotiate internal and external contracts and JV agreements.
• Coordinate with external law firms and regulatory bodies.
