Airbus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing and delivering the full employee lifecycle across designated client groups, ensuring that HR strategy is aligned with business needs and objectives.
As the primary HR point of contact for your client groups, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner to leaders, providing integrated HR solutions and supporting the achievement of business goals.
