Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst focused on calendars, based in Switzerland. You will own data and insights across the customer journey, driving growth for a leading productivity product.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to turn complex data into actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include building self-serve dashboards, designing experiments, forecasting key metrics, and maintaining data integrity across tools.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in growth, product, or marketing analytics for B2C or SaaS.
• Ability to support user acquisition, pricing, monetization, or migration initiatives for subscription products.
• Strong SQL and hands-on with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Proficiency with BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Looker) and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Hotjar, PostHog).
• Experience with marketing attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava).
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation; ML or time-series knowledge is a plus.
• Solid understanding of funnels, cohorts, retention, event tracking, segmentation, churn, and LTV.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Transform and analyze large datasets to identify growth opportunities across the user journey.
• Build self-serve reports and dashboards as a single source of truth for stakeholders.
• Define and QA event structures for features, campaigns, and experiments; support monetization and migration tracking.
• Analyze funnels across advertising, onboarding, engagement, purchases, cancellations, and renewals.
• Design, run, and monitor A/B tests and feature launches with robust statistical tracking.
• Identify insights and growth opportunities; collaborate with product/marketing on quarterly roadmaps.
• Develop forecasting and scenario models for installs, conversion, retention, revenue, and other KPIs.
• Maintain data integrity across analytics tools and pipelines; work with measurement vendors.
