Zusammenfassung

OMV AG is seeking a senior GenAI & data strategy leader in Austria to identify and shape high-impact GenAI and agentic use cases. You will translate business needs into practical GenAI concepts, drive prompts and agent designs, and align with the Data & AI strategy while engaging with stakeholders across business and IT.

You will guide change, coach leaders and data product owners, and manage a portfolio of initiatives to ensure value, governance, and secure, scalable execution.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree or higher in a related field (business, IT, data, analytics).
• ≥12 years in data/analytics/AI with hands-on GenAI experience.
• Proven track record designing and operating GenAI solutions (LLMs, copilots, agents).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AI platforms and integration with data platforms.

Aufgaben

• Identify and deliver GenAI and agentic use cases with measurable business value.
• Translate requirements into GenAI concepts, prompts, and product backlogs.
• Lead cross-functional ideation, enablement, and design workshops.
• Coach business users and IT teams on GenAI tools, prompt engineering, and orchestration.
• Manage a portfolio of GenAI initiatives prioritised by value, risk, and strategic fit.
